Then complete the transaction by submitting the payment through methods as mentioned above. You have 24 hours from booking time to complete your transaction after booking.
We will confirm your payment and get your order ready to be picked up or shipped to you. We will contact you within a day if your payment isn't received successfully.
Be Aware: Failed to submit payment or complete your transaction after booking, the booked product(s) will be released and put up back for sale.
Multiple failed transactions may result your account deleted and banned from our website.

Points System:
Our platform employs a dynamic point system where users earn and utilize points for various interactions.
1. Point Valuation: Each point (pts) is equivalent to one dollar ($1) credit within our platform.
2. Earning Points:
a - Account Registration: Upon registering an account, users will receive a complimentary 1 point as a welcome bonus.
b - Email Verification: Users who verify their email address post-registration will be rewarded with an additional 2 points.
c - Phone Number Verification: Users confirming and submitting their phone numbers will receive 3 points as a verification bonus.
d - Device Purchase Transaction: Users engaging in a purchase or successfully completing a transaction to acquire a device will be awarded 5 points as a purchase bonus.
3. Deductions of Points:
a - Cancelled Product Booking: In the event of cancellation of a product booking, users will incur a deduction of 1 point from their account.
b - Failure to Complete Payment for Booking: Failure to pay for a booked device will result in a deduction of 2 points from the user's account.
4. Point Usage: Each point (pts) can be used on any purchases in store only.
Applicable Law:
By using this website, you agree that the laws of the Cambodia, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Apple Mart Phone Shop and you, or its business partners and associates.
Limitation on liability:
Apple Mart Phone Shop is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website. Apple Mart Phone Shop reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time without notice. We may let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Apple Mart Phone Shop and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
Trade In Service:
We only accept device that was purchased from us. Trading your old device today to get free $10 coupon on your next purchase.
Return Device:
We offer three days returning (starts from the purchase date) on any device that was purchased from our store. Device must be in the same condition when was purchased. Returning device will get store credit only.
Restock:
We offer eighty percent of original purchased price for any device that was purchased from our store in one month period of time (starts from the purchase date). Device must be in the same condition when was purchased.
Device that was purchased for more than a month or not in the same condition as when purchased will get vary offers after our employee's inspectation.
Booking Product:
Once you booked a product, you have twenty four hours of time to complete you transaction. Any booked Product that has not paid for over twenty four hours of time will be released and put back up for sale.
Fail to complete the transaction multiple times will get the account deleted and banned from our website without notice.
Warranty:
Any device that was purchased from our store comes with a one month warranty on hardware. Broken device or water damaged device will be not covered by this warranty.
